10) Victory Theatre 

According to some of the locals, at night you can hear the sound of seats banging as well as screams and giggles coming out of the theatre. 

9) Choice Hostel 

Many resident have encountered the spirit of a woman in red sari who roams around in the corridor every saturday at wee hours. This spirit never harmed anybody but one can hear her cries and sounds of anklets the whole night.

People have reported seeing a man dressed in white lungi and shirt, disappearing suddenly at night during several occasions. 

7) Residency Club 

There is an old bungalow near the residency club which is believed to be haunted by an old lady. The bungalow itself looks creepy and the atmosphere around this place is eerie. 

6) Sinhgad Engineering College 

At night, spirit of one of the engineering students, who had committed suicide in the college, after he failed in his exams, is said to be wandering around the premises.

One of the most frightful places around pune was the old, run- down property opposite a well known recreation club in camp. Legend goes that the place is so eerie that the atmosphere immediately gets dense once you are inside the property.

This road is haunted by the spirit of a cow, who was brutually hurt and left at that place to die. People have reported seeing the cow covered with blood at several occasions.

Around 10 years ago a girl died here during the construction of a house. After 12 clock people have seen a girl, who comes and screams in her frock running around and has a small doll in her hands and smiles when somebody looks at her. 

2) Haunted House (MG Road, Pune) 

There is a haunted house, which is located right next to the Garden Beer Bar and opposite to the water office. This spooky and eerie place is said to be unoccupied by humans for ages due to several stories attached to it. If you want to get an haunted experience then this place is a Go Sign for you. 

1) Shaniwarwada Fort, Pune 

It is said that on Full Moon nights this place is very much haunted. According to an old story, this fort is haunted by the ghost of a prince who was brutally assassinated when he was 13 year old by one of his relative. His ghost can be heard shrieking in the middle of the night.
